Chose one of the following questions to respond to after reading, "The Necklace" by Guy de Maupassaunt.
Option 1- After the necklace is lost, what do the Loisels' actions reveal about their individual character?
Option 2- Explain the theme that occurs in the story and show how the narrator uses the theme to explain the "CASTE" system. See vocabulary for meaing of caste.
Option 3- Write about what you would have done if you were in Madam Loisel's place.
